JaMarcus Russell, although having the
size and the powerful arm, will not go over the Heisman-winner. Russell has not been consistent enough to pass Troy Smith, IMO. And this is coming from a die-hard SEC fan. Troy Smith is the real deal, and obviously it remains to be seen.
