The one thing about Clements is that he is going to cost way more than what he is worth, he got franchised last year, so he is going to expect top 5 money, Samuel very well could too, but IDK if he has the leverage Clements has. IMO if we go after Samuel we should try to get him before Clements inks a deal. Rickey Manning is another guy that will be available.
