Of all the possible scenarios, I think the Titans best bet is to trade down. No matter what their pick will get either Vince Young, Matt Leinart or Reggie Bush, so it will have enormous value to a lot of teams out there on draft day. They are also without the benefit of a third round pick this year because of the Henry trade, so they could recoup that while adding a future first rounder and some change. A deal like the Eli Manning one a couple of years back would be ideal and fair. They could get even more, depending on where they trade down to.
