I wouldn't disagree with any of that. Quinn is alot more mature and probably is a better leader than Russell. Alot of which you can contribute to him being a year older and having a year more starting experience. I don't agree with the knock on Russell not performing in big games. He has lost 4 games in his career, all against top 15 teams at the time he played them, and I would say he performed badly in 2 of those (last game versus Florida and last year versus Georgia).

I don't think Russell is the statue that everyone says that he is, he can move. I wouldn't even venture to say that Quinn is more likely to be sacked and has been this year.

My whole point of starting this thread is I don't believe that Quinn is the lock #1 QB anymore. There are any number of guys ready to take that postion and I thought it was an interesting turn of events. Alot like what happened with Leinhart last year, where we all thought he was the going #1 no matter what and he almost ended up being the third QB taken.

Lastly, the draft is almost all about talent and potential. Maybe that isn't right or fair, but we all know it. That is why Troy Davis was a 4th round pick and no Texas Tech QB has been drafted on the first day. It's just the way it is...
