Most draft guru's have Stanton above Smith. Myself however have never been big on Stanton being a top NFL prospect mainly because of arm strength and there are questions that he may be a system QB. Not saying he can't make it, because he does tend to remind me of Drew brees.
Smith though unlike Stanton is going up most lists. If he continues to throw more from the pocket and run less like he has been doing he will probably pass Stanton. Smiths stock could be hurt though because of some character issues early on in his career.
