If the Browns and Romeo had any sense at all, Quinn wouldn't have started at all. Unless Frye and the other guy got hurt or just played horribly. You guys want to mention his draft spot, but it doesn't matter. He's still a QB. It's not like his career is going to end over this, before it even gets started. Let's be realistic. We all know that no contracts are guaranteed in the NFL like they are in other sports. For all the work he's put in, he wanted to make sure he got at least something for it all. What if he goes out the first game and has a career ending knee injury? Then what? People always talk about how durability plays such a key role, but it's something you really have no control over. Let the kid get his money so at least he can feel like it wasn't all for nothing.
