I'll start off with his weaknesses, and that is his speed. He is not very fast or quick. That is why he has yet to start consistently in the NFL. I have felt since he was drafted that, if he was to make it in the NFL, that it would be as a safety.
He is decent in run support, but is probably the best cover corner we have had here at OU in the last 10 years.
As for the Bears, you have a rookie safety, and a lack of depth in the secondary. I think this is a great fit with the defensive scheme and his play style. I am not saying he will start, but I think he can make a big contribution to the team.
