You have to look at the coaching and the stability of the franchise. Personally I would not draft a Raiders player unless he was simply "that good" of a talent and clearly better than the next better alternative. Teams that have a history of poor coaching, coaching instability, or just plain suckiness usually don't produce as good of players as others. So when you have two guys in the same general range of talent, you take these things into consideration. Now, Calvin Johnson is clearly a better talent than any other WR in this class, and landed in a spectacular situation. He should be the #1 WR on anybody's board. But when you get to the next tier of guys, Ginn-Meachem-Bowe, you look at the other considerations. Meachem and Bowe are in better systems with better coaching. Both are in good offenses that will help their development as players. Ginn is in a clearly worse situation and it will retard his progression as a pro player, despite being on the same talent-level as the other two. So Ginn then falls into the next tier of guys with Anthony Gonzalez, Craig Davis, and Sidney Rice.

I think you have to factor in everything. What I was refering to was a situation where Lynch would get more carries in year one than Peterson (which I'm not sure will even happen). If you are talking system, then its a bigger consideration than imediate impact.
