Well the first year back in green I agree was a down year for Coles. But Chad did go down in Week 3 for the season, and Brooks Bollinger and a senior citizen (Vinny Testaverde) were passing to him. The team finished 4-12. Ended up with 73 catches for 800+ yards. Not bad considering what the team went through that year. But down compared to his other seasons in green. Last year he caught 91 balls (a career best) for over 1,000 yards. I thought he had a tremendous year. He was 2 catches away from breaking the Jets record, and he would have had it too if we wasn't popped early in the Miami game on Christmas night. He became more of a decoy the rest of the season cause he was clearly hobbled.
