From a talent perspective they are still up there with anyone. Norv Turner is proving to people that he can be an effective play caller as an OC. Couple that with the fact that he has terrible team management skills.. Couple that with the fact that Cotrell took a D that thrive on bieng aggressive and turned it vanilla. This team has the talent to beat any team in the NFL
