I don't blame him for not being worried. With a Superbowl under his belt and coming off of a franchise best 13-3 season, I'm pretty certain he'll at least get one more year. I'm not defending him at all, but he does have some good accomplishments in Baltimore, so I think the owners will tend to give him the benefit of the doubt. If this kind of performance continues next year his days will be numbered, but I think he's fine for now.
