Why should Nolan be demoted when the real word is FIRE THE COACH?
It's going to be a bad message if Nolan is retained. For the Yorks or any 49er fan to say this was only one bad year...we've had SEVERAL bad years and 2 butt kickings in the playoffs. That's not the real 49er team I have known for years. It's ironic how John York took over that things have gone from bad to worse every single year.
