Owner Arthur Blank said Wednesday that Bill Parcells has backed out of his deal with Atlanta to be the team's next executive vice president. Parcells was in talks with Blank in Saratoga, New York Wednesday, but apparently didn't like something Blank told him. Profootballtalk.com speculates that Parcells may have gotten a better deal from the Dolphins.
