In my opinion, the first thing that the Ravens should do is address the QB situation. McNair is old and doesn't have much to offer, Boller is still as inconsistent as ever, and Smith, who has shown promise, is way too young to take over. If we do look to the draft for finding a long term QB, then, at our position, we should look at either Matt Ryan or Brian Brohm. Both QB's who have definite potential and have shown promise on the field.
OK listen you just said troy is too young to take over but your willing to draft someone who hasnt played a NFL game yet to take over? I say sit McNair, use him as a coach and get rid of Boller. Smith is the guy you should be getting specific attention too, he wasnt too bad for his debut. Give him a shot , what do you have to lose.
Also CB issue can be taken care of but I think the biggest problem is the Oline. They have some young guys but no one too special. And the good guys are getting old, fast.
So I say draft someone young and powerful with some speed so that Odgen can sitll train him as his own carrer twindles away
