Word out of the combine workouts is that Florida State wide receiver De’Cody Fagg injured his left leg during Sunday morning’s quarterback-wide receiver drills. He was taken from the RCA Dome on a stretcher.
There also is news involving Louisiana State’s highly-rated defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey. A team doctor told the website NFLDraftScout.com that there are serious concerns over the lingering effects of a 2006 stress fracture in the right tibia of Dorsey. The site reported that Dorsey underwent a physical Saturday at the combine and was subsequently sent to the hospital for additional tests. Dorsey did not work out at the combine.
