Thomas was one of the only true every down players at his position, I will give him that and he could block with the best of them, but I just don't see how someone could put the great Lenny Moore behind Thomas.
Thomas was durable, dependable, but never could be that game changer, he was a great all around RB but not elite, imo.

Dude, you must not have payed attention to him. Thomas was a definate gamechange, and the catylist of one of the more notable offences in history. That offense revolved around him. He was in the same class of player as Sanders and Smith in there primes. Thats definatly elite company
