it wasnt his fault that the Bills couldnt win, Scott Norwood missed that 1st FG in their 1st SB and if he hit that, their SB history might be a little different, although they still wouldve lost to those early 90's Cowboy teams, remember in that 1st SB the guy only rushed for 135 and a TD. he didnt do much in the other 3 but no running back get his yards if his team is forced to pass the ball the whole game
