they could use a feature back like McFadden, the O-line sucks, they need D-line help, Javon Walker is not the answer at WR, 1 more LB to complement Howard and Morrison, backup to JaMarcus Russell, FB, TE. are you watching the Raiders? are you the one in the time warp? they havent had a winning season in about 6 years, its not like they are coming off a SuperBowl, they are picking #4 overall for a reason.
