I know I was just trying to get an idea of how fast he was. I would have to say he is definitely field fast.
I was reading the paper today and according to an article, the lions had little intentions on drafting Mendenhall, they wanted Smith from the get go b/c he had to Rams at an interview that he thought he would be a good fit in Detroit and thats where he wanted to play. That explains why they passed on Mendy.
