that's very true, but the Browns have very weak offense. Dilfer should not be starting QB and i havn't seen enough of Frye play to know if he is good enough to lead the team. My guess is that he won't be because he is only in his second year and his stats weren't to great this year. They just don't have the offense needed to get into the playoffs. and don't bring up the bears because the Bears have the defense to carry the offense and the Browns just don't.
