Sure. Hell, why we're at it, why don't the Falcons just run the Option? For the same reason they don't use multiple QB's. It doesn't work on this level. With the complexity of Pro defensive schemes, one week is barely enough time to get ONE Quarterback ready to play, much less two. Not to mention that fact that starting QB's demand such a high salary, that anyone a team can afford as a backup is likely to not be good enough to carry a team.
