Before I state my idea, let me say that I know I am new to this board but have run this exact type of fantasy on other boards and it has worked great.

Now, here is my idea. We get 32 GMs, one for each team. We then dump every player in the NFL into a fantasy pool and have a draft (which will be held on the board, only way to do it). You would draft like this:

2 QBs
2 RBs
2 FB
4 WRs
2 TEs
8 O-Linemen
4 DEs
4 DTs
4 LBs
4 CBs
4 Safeties
1 Kicker
1 Punter

For a total of 42 rounds (the number of each position is subject to change if a good number of people wish it). I have a randomizer program that would randomly make the order of the draft. It would alternate, say you had the #1 pick in round 1, in round 2 you would have the #32 pick, and so on.

Then, you would put them in a lineup, #1 QB, #2 QB, etc. Every week you would do this dependiung on what players had a bye week, are injured, etc. A scoring system that will be named later will give points, as well as take them away (INTs, fumbles, etc.) from the individual players. We will play the normal NFL schedule, so if the Rams are playing the Seahawks in the NFL that week, so will their fantasy teams here. Each individual players score will be added up and the team with the most total points wins that week. We do this for the whole season. Only players you are starting that week will receive points. Now, I know you are wondering what the O-Linemen are for, well every week your O-Line starts out with 10 points, and every time one of your O-Linemen gives up a sack, its minus 1 point. So if your O-Linemen give up a total of 4 sacks that week, you get 6 points.

Now, here is where this sytem differs from normal fantasy. You have to stay under the current NFL cap when you draft. That means if the cap is 85 million, your cap cannot exceed that when drafting your team. You are also allowed to sign FAs at any time, assuming you have cap room, if say both your RBs got injured. You can trade any players at any time until the NFL trade deadline.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask and sign up now if interested. If we get 32 GMs, we can continue. Hurry and sign up!!! I will take care of all the draft and trade issues, so you do not have to worry about that. As the first GM, I am the GM of the Dallas Cowboys.
