first off. it's only 7.5 million not ten, second there is no way that they sign both hutch and bernard. The Eagles are a powerhouse, they just got decimated with injury. Remember they were fine before they had TO and will do fine after him as well. You'll see they already signed barber and will get bentley and either witherspoon, arrington, or peterson. I also know they are going to make a strong push for Bernard and hutchinson and watch them make an offer to hutch that seattle won't be able to match.
