Roethlisberger clears up temperature controversy

How a simple thermometer reading became news probably had Ben Roethlisberger shaking his head.
The Steelers quarterback, nonetheless, tried to clear up any lingering questions about what exactly his temperature was during Monday night's game in Jacksonville.

Roethlisberger said his temperature was 100.4, not 104, which had been reported by ESPN's Michelle Tafoya.

Steelers coach Bill Cowher had said the same thing the day after the Steelers' 9-0 loss to the Jaguars.
