7-9 seems a bit of a strecth, this seems like a team that will make some errors at bad times that will cost them some games, next year with lienert they will be better, two years from now they could be a force, but the team and the fans have to be patient and also the owner has to sure up those receivers with long term contracts.

They are a fairly tough sched but i think they will go 6-10

The Cards hardly ever got blown out of the water last year. The were in almost every game and a play or 2 from winning alot of them. They were also the only NFL team in the top 10 in both offense and defense. With the addition of Edge, and a good draft I think this team will be really damn good. I'll be bold and say 10-6.

to make 10-6 they would have to at least split with both the rams and seahawks and I don't see that happening this year.
