Leinart earns faith of team
Contrary to popular opinion, quarterback Matt Leinart has not been flawless since joining the Cardinals two weeks ago. His rendition of Ice Ice Baby at camp was a little rough.
Otherwise, it's hard to imagine Leinart being more impressive. In two preseason games, he's completed 19 of 32 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown.
He's yet to be intercepted, he's rushed six times for 45 yards, and the Cardinals have scored on five of the nine possessions he's played, excluding when he kneeled to end last week's game at Chicago.

yeah he is making a few of teams feel real stupid right now. But more importantly is he has been able to perform so well after such a long hold out. Shows a lot of promise for the Cards future.

Matt will be a good QB. Cardinal fans must be happy they have their QB of the future. I still think Matt will turn out better then Vince Young.

Look what he has to work with, 2 amazing WRS, probowl RB, and a brand new stadium with fantastic fan support. Do you really think hed be good in Detroit or Buffalo, no he ended up right where he needed to.

Matt Leinart was dissapointed because he could of been a #1 pick last year. (Lots of money) When he went 10th (not nearly as much money) he was sad. He should be overjoyed. He has two pro bowl wide recievers, a pro bowl running back, and he gets to learn from one of the best. The K Train is right on. Matt is right where he needs to be.

He was not dissapointed to be taken with the tenth pick. he threw a huge lavish party with paris hilton. there was an all female band that was performing in lingerie and knee high boots. Scantily clad women dancing seductivley and swinging from feather boas. TRUST ME, he was not dissapointed. In fact i think that ML is the first person in NFl history to actually celebrate the fact that he is playing in Arizona.

Ok. Matt is a party boy. He dated Paris Hilton. That is saying something, he is shallow, and he likes to party. Of course he is happy. But I've read quotes of Matt after the draft and he is happy to be in Arizona and in the NFL but he reallly thought he was going to go higher in the draft.
