Default Seriously, I feel like I am watching college when I see this QB switching

Is Whisenhunt for real? I know that Warner is spanking Lienart, why not play Warner all the time?

It's like lets hang around for awhile with Lienart and then kick it into gear with Warner. Lienart looks unsure out there and doesn't seem to be progressing. Those WR's should give him everything he needs, like when Warner comes in and tears it up.

Lienart: 53/99 53.5% 547yds 5.5y/a 136.8y/g 2TD 3INTS
Warner: 29/41 70.7% 390yds 9.5y/a 195.0y/g 3TD 0INTS

Is the only reason that Leinart is playing at all because Arizona doesn't want to concede that Lienart is the problem or is Lienart just going threw mroe growing pains and it helps to play and watch Warner to help the progression or another point of view?

The point is TRICK PLAYS.

That's what Whisenhunt's specialty is. The Steelers used this system last season when they played the Dolphins. Roethlisberger played a few downs, then was switched to Charlie Batch, who played the no-huddle. It's also used to motivate Leinart...who, quite frankly, sucks right now.

you make a good point, but Leinart has been really sucking, does it get to a point where warner is playing 90% or more?

Nah. Leinart is clearly our starter. Warner is just there to throw off opposing defenses.

its stupid just for that fact that Warner is a righty and Leinart is a lefty which makes it tough on the O-Line because the weak side switches depending on whos behind center

I think you see it in college because of 2 different QBs.... ie, passing and running (Leak and Tebow)... neither of them bring that running aspect to the position, sure Warner can run the no huddle but I just dont like it
