Our corners and LBs are athletic enough to contain vick and the safeties can play close and cover, no one has much success running against us. Vick is gonna have trouble reading our defense...the steelers blitz like barbarians from every direction.....im looking forward to this game...last time they played it was a tie....a @#$%^&* tie.

Interesting...Your corners can contain him. Your LBs as well. But they have some pass coverage to do. Hopefully,by that time Vick will have developed a rapport with Lelie. You put that many dudes in the box,and hopefully, you'll pay.

A good QB would make them pay. But with Vick, I don't think so. Maybe if he was a QB he could make the Steelers pay. But RBs usually aren't very good at playing QB. Thats why they are RBs.

We blitz corners ALL THE TIME, probably more than anyone, we will just put a Nickel in for coverage and our LBs can cover well too, But ike taylor or townsend actually blitz very well. And theres always troy. Theres just so many looks they will throw at vick.

The chop-blocking, Vick's bootleg hand-offs attracting attention and creating huge holes for Dunn should be a cause for concern on your point. And who knows where both teams will be when that game is played. Vick or Ben could be done for the year. Steelers or Falcons could be on major losing/winning streaks. Though I'd be lying if I didn't say I wasn't worried about this game on paper.

Why are you insulting Defensive Coordinators? Losing to a team with NO QB?
Isn't the NFL a piece of ish league.

Of course, the excuse for the success of a RB's success at the QB position w was that the league wasn't ready for him. Last year he was injured, and the concensus everywhere(including this board) was that the league had ''figured him out''. Now he's beating top notch defenses down,again(although it's only 2 games).

A good running game, like, lets say, 558 combined running yards in two games can beat decent teams. But at some point the Falcons are going to have pass and when Vick goes to throw and he realizes he is a RB there will be problems. The Falcons could go to the playoffs but in the playoffs they will have to pass to win and when your RB/QB (in that order) is throwing 50% it will be hard to come out with the W.

But,how can you go to the playoffs with no QB?
With a good running game?How can you have a good running game without a passing game with a pulse?It's impossible.

An amazing running game and a very good defense. How else? You don't need much of a passing game to open up hole for the Falcons. Vick is accurate enough to keep defenses somewhat honest but there are very good teams that will shut down the run. Then Vick will have to pass and 50% won't be accurate enough anymore.
