Ben was rusty as hell, which is to be expected, but willie couldnt run against those earthquakes jacksonville likes to call defensive tackles. But bens timing was way off and he seemed anxious. Credit to jacksonville but our offnese just wasnt on. The defense was amazing and did everything they possibly could to keep us in the game though. The game was good for ben to get back to speed and now he has another week of practive and he always bounces back good so im hoping he does good this week.

I see.
Falcons play a lot of zone, which pisses me off. Galloway got a lot of catches last week with D-Hall in the area, but once it was man, D-Hall was great.
Whenever D-Hall gets matched up with Ward,I like my chances.

I preferred the 10/22 game,passing-wise.
Yes,Vick needs to be more consistent, and he will be, as all members of the Falcon offense.

Vick will squeeze the ball in there just like any Qb in the NFL but he won't do it as often. For every great throw like the ones in the videos he has two or three bad ones. The coverage on those throws wasn't that good anyway. I have seen great teams put up a much stonger coverage on defense. Completion % should mean something to you. All of those missed throws and INTs are going to hurt come January. I don't see Vick getting much more accurate. We should expect a good season from Vick to be around 56% completion. 2400 yards, 15 TDs, 13 INTS, and a rating around 75-80. He may put up good running stats but you can't win by only running. Not against a team like Seattle or Pitt.

The option play is being exagerated IMO.Some people act as if that's our offense. We've used it 8 times in 2 games. Twice against the Panthers,6 against the Bucs.
But still, a lot can and WILL happen between now and this PIT vs ATL game.

or 8 rushing TD's in one game. LOL
remember the chiefs game last year. LOL

I didn't say completion % didn't mean anything. I said that it means nothing to me, to a certain extent. Vick went 10/22 in a game, and I liked that performance better than the one where he went 10/15. Out of the 5 incompletions, there was one INT. And in the 10/22 game,he threw the ball out of bounds many times, messing up his stats but preserving a win.
2 games in, Vick has a 3 to 1 TD:INT ratio. Don't care much for the INTs, just want to see the INTs to a minimum.

Fair enough. I still trust D-Hall against any receiver in the league.
Could you elaborate on how Ward burned Bailey?YAC?Straight beating him on a route?

He didnt burn him exactly, but he ran perfect routes to get open and had 2 TDs go right over baileys head perfect into his hands. If bailey wanted to get physical, ward just simply owned his life at the line of scrimmage. Ward had a great game and ben was on fire. You dont hit many long passes with ward, but the guy is money in the endzone.
