Jamal Lewis: Slated to Start Again

Update: Ravens coach Brian Billick announced that Lewis will be the starter over Mike Anderson at tailback, the Baltimore Sun reports. Lewis will get about two-thirds of the carries for the Ravens.

Recommendation: There might be a conflict between Billick and general manager Ozzie Newsome on this issue, as Newsome suggested that he wanted to see a bit of a competition for the job.

i think it is a good move to start Lewis. He is a lot younger than Anderson and works better when he gets more carries.

Not a suprise at all. Doesn't mean we won't see plenty of Anderson though. Ravens will be a great smashmouth running team which is good considering the lack of passing attack they have to deal with.
