The Baltimore Ravens have kept quiet about the possible return of Ray Lewis. No need to keep quiet anymore.
The Baltimore Sun reported on Wednesday the ageless linebacker was present for the team's walk-through and will participate in practice.
Lewis remains on the team's injured reserve/designation to return list with the torn triceps he suffered earlier in the year. Many believed his season and possibly his career were over, but Lewis is reportedly being tuned up to face the Denver Broncos in a critical Week 15 encounter.
"I'm making progress and will practice some today," Lewis said in a statement released by the Ravens. "But the story shouldn't be about me right now. We're playing the Redskins Sunday, and I am not eligible to play. If I can help prepare my team in some way for that game, I will. When I know I will play in a game, or when I play in game, I will say more then."

I take my hat off to him for what he's done over the years, but there comes a point where he just needs to stop. He isn't what he used to be, there are other good LB's and they need a chance.
