Chris McAllister is one of the defensive players we know and love. Pro bowler, playmaker, but what is up with him? You could tell last year and this year our corners have been and probably are weak. I think Rolle and McAllister were part of the reason Reed was forced to gamble on people and leave others wide open. I thought Sanders was teaching Chris when he was with the Ravens, but it wasn't good enough. I saw this in the Eagles game. DOH! I was shocked that Peyton wasn't allowed to score any TDs because Harrison and Manning have telepathic link out there and I thought our corners would get burned every time. They got burned, but shocklingly not as much as I thought. Like all Ravens fans, Chris has a place in my heart but he keeps on giving up yards. Heck, I even feel sorry for Boller cause he wants to be here, but they both gotta step up. Your thoughts?

Dont forget that corners have a tough job to do, especially how the NFL is today. Chris is still a shut down corner even at the age he is. Yea, he's going to make some mistakes and he's going to give up yards but he also gets alot of interceptions and yards after that. Now it would make more sense if this topic was on Samari Rolle because HE gave up ALOT of yards and touchdowns. He wasnt even covering the best reciever on the field, Chris was.

Good point. This topic was pointed at Rolle too. I think this wasn't where he was supposed to be because he was covering for one of them
