If TE Todd Heap remains healthy, he could have a great year. He trained extensively in the offseason for the first time because he had no lingering effects from injuries. But so far in training camp, QB Steve McNair has made Heap his primary target, and that means he'll take a lot of hits.

Heap always has a good year. I use Heap as my main reciever on offense. TE routes are great because they are short and quick which make them a safety valve. McNair used that to his advantage last year. Its just some routes are suicidal leaving them defenseless against tacklers.
