McGahee won't rush to find rhythm -- baltimoresun.com
The Ravens' rash of penalties in their last preseason game can be called an aberration.
Their struggles in the running game cannot.
In his limited action this preseason, Willis McGahee has not clicked with the offense, gaining 23 yards on 10 carries.
But McGahee and the Ravens expressed no concern over his numbers as they face the Washington Redskins at FedEx Field tonight.
"I'm very pleased with what Willis has done," Ravens coach Brian Billick said. "A back has to get into a rhythm. To expect 150 yards in a quarter is a little hard to fathom."
The running game remains a question mark for the Ravens.
Last season, they finished No. 25 in rushing, their lowest ranking ever.
And McGahee gained a career-low 990 yards for the Buffalo Bills last season.
