This reminds me of the Raiders from long ago.

Im gonna defend my team

I have nothing against Reggie but I know yall dont believe that, he said that he never meant to hurt bush he said was gonna be physical but neva meant to hurt him. Bart does need attention because he is very underratted.

no offense to the saints fans but the saints are the sweethearts of the NFL and everyone wants them to win. like Brian billick said beating up on the saints is like beating up on mother Teresa.

this was taken from a baltimore article today. i know that this stuff goes on every game, but i can't believe that someone is so stupid as admit to it. what a looooooooooooooooooser!!!!!!!!! carma is coming, so get ready for it.

Also i seem to recall a game last season between the saints and the pats were all the saints did was purposely injure the pats. i also recall a saints player continously banging his knee on Christian Fauria head when he was tackled.

this is beyond a thug thing to do and anyone who tries and defends this stupidity is a moron.

"The media darling, aka the golden boy of the NFL, tried to take a cheap shot at me, so I told him I was going to put some extra on it," Scott said. "He must be used to playing against these guys in practice. He can do all those shakes he wants, but I wasn't going anywhere. I put a little hot sauce on that ankle."

you try and tell me he didn't try and hurt bush. if you believe that you are stupid and should go jump off a cliff to spare the world from you reproducing more morons with narrowminded views.

Ravens outside linebacker Bart Scott insisted last night that he did not try to hurt New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush during the fourth quarter of Sunday's game at the Superdome. Bush left the game after Scott tackled him around the ankles.

While rising after the tackle, Scott slung Bush's ankles. Scott said he was not aware that Bush was in any pain.

Bush did not return after being attended to by Saints trainers. He is expected to play Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After the game, Scott said that Bush had tried to take a "cheap shot" at him during an interception return earlier, and that their encounters became personal.

"The media darling, aka the golden boy of the NFL, tried to take a cheap shot at me, so I told him I was going to put some extra on it," Scott said after the game. "He must be used to playing against these guys in practice. He can do all those shakes he wants, but I wasn't going anywhere. I put a little hot sauce on the ankle."

Scott added to his statements last night. He said he threw Bush's ankles to the side to let him know who was making the tackle, and he gave an extra effort because Bush had tried to hit him in the back of his head.

He said he did not attempt to twist Bush's ankles to cause injury. He also pointed out that he had tackled Bush several other times in the game, and one other time pushed him away.

"I was just letting him know he wasn't going to get away with that shot, and that I was there making the tackle," Scott said. "If I wanted to cheap-shot him or hurt him, it would have been a lot different. I was just letting Reggie know this was the NFL, and he was playing against the Ravens' defense."

Scott received several calls from reporters yesterday asking about the tackle. He said he was surprised by the attention. "The hot sauce comment, that was in reference to being in New Orleans," Scott said. "It was no big deal, just another football game."

Like i said before he didn't mean to hurt him!!!! He wanted to show reggie how tough our defense was and he did. Its not a big deal so u ravens haters get over it, reggie will play the next game........sheesh

i gave the ravens all the respect in the world before week 7. they were my afc pick to make it to the big dance. but with thugs like scott on the team, and people defending this crap, i hope they get mauled every game they play (except when they play the falclowns when i hope they both destroy each other)
what happened when that defensive lineman kicked that guy in the head earleir in the season? yep, he was suspended. you tell me the difference in kicking somebody in the head and trying to break their leg. both are acts of assault where you are physically trying to end someone's career. if you had ever played a sport, you would know that their is a fine line between the end of your career and the players around you on every play. you don't want to jeporadize anybody on the field, especially yours. anyways, the day after the game scott bragged about "putting extra hotsauce" on the hit. after his team and coaches probably chewed his butt out he quickly decided to take another approach and say he really didn't try to hurt bush, but he was just mad at the time. what a load of crap. don't worry, he will get what is coming to him. every time he is on the field he will be a target because players will know he is out there to end other's careers. but this behavior is ok because he plays for the ravens, right. whatever.
