It could be a good move for the right money and if he understands what his role is. I just do not see it going down. Also read that he wants starters money, he isn't worth that and the Ravens don't have the room. I don't know if they are ready to let Boller walk away. The kid was just handled wrong from the start, should have been a guy in front of him the whole time.

Think about this. The Ravens sign Pepper, send Boller to Atl. for a late round pick, and there stands Chris Redmen trying to get back into the NFL!

They would get a late round for him, late.

Teams veiw Boller as young, strong arm with starts under his belt. Took to the bench without a whimper and came in when Steve went down and looked good and put up good number.

Boller is looked at by other teams as a guy that just needs a change.

that's true, but to compare randy moss in his prime to mark clayton (who is a good player in his own right) is laughable.

it's not really a comparison. just saying what he could do INSTEAD

but he's also going to be looked at as a free agent, and not worth trading for.

Lego got it in one. Even in your ridiculously optimistic assessment of how teams around the league view him.

They just haven't seen him at his best (on his knees).

Atl. doesn't know what will happen with Vick, I think if they could they would have already cut him. Your left with Joey and Redman.

Miami with Trent Green and a back-up named Cleo , that I am sure you know.

The Jags and the Bucs both want to sign Pepper but he wants starters money. Why are these two team wanting to sign a QB?

You can throw the Bears, The Vikes and even the Packers that will be looking.

So if I am one of these teams and I can pick Boller up this year for a 6 round pick, WTH.

a 6th? you think the ravens will trade him for that? i think they'd rather keep their shot at retaining him as a backup

For this season, Bollers last in Baltimore, he is worth more than Culpepper as a backup.

If this was next year and Boller was already in another uniform, I'd be all for it.
