Despite what everyone thinks, no, the Bears are not looking for a QB to replace Grossman. If he busts this year it means he'll never get it, he gets sent to the bench in favor of Griese who's good enough to carry the team while they draft and groom another QB. But no they're not going to sign a struggling veteran with an injury history to start that could either be great or terrible. They already have one.
