Keep an eye on him... grab him in your fantasy league.. fear him when you play us...Jacoby Jones A.K.A "Dyn-o-mite!" is going to turn heads this year.

2 punt returns for touchdowns in the last 2 games.. he played with the first stringers tonight and scored another touchdown as well.

He already has a play in our playbook designed especially for him. Hes catching everything coming his way, and is a threat any time he touches the ball. He WILL be starting opposite of Andre Johnson.

Ya heard it here first.

Yes but will Schaub have enough time to get him the ball and will the running game be effective enough to open up the passing game?

Yes and Yes.

Schaub received his first sack of the preseason tonight against the Cowboys. They were bringing the pressure all night long and they only got to him once. He only had to throw the ball away once as well. Ive said it a hundred times but i dont mind saying it again... Our line has been "good enough" for a while.. it can still use improvement.. but we have had a "workable" Oline for a couple of years. Carr was just a really ****ty QB when it came to timing, pocket presence, going through his reads, and getting rid of the ball in a timely manner. Those are some of Schaub's strengths, and so far, it shows.

As for our running game... tonight we gained 142 yards on the ground, 26 rushing plays for a 5.5 yard average. Is it setting the league on fire? No.. but we had some big plays, and we only had one rush for negative yards. Our running game was getting the job done tonight.

Ok then... unlike the Colts and Jags, I haven't watched the Texans at all this pre-season so I wouldn't know. I always thought Carr got screwed because of the situation but if this is the case then Schaub will improve the offense and give A. Johnson the opportunity to finally put up reasonable stats.

Preseason is the most exciting time of the year for Texans fans.

Heard it here 1st, then this is the 1st place I'll find it hard to believe. No matter the crappy O around him, he's got a lot of competition to be that guy.

Wasn't Jacoby Jones drafted last year and put on the PS? Or am I thinking of Mathis?

Hah.. how you can call our offense crappy is beyond me, considering how much it has changed since last year.

Its kinda funny considering you havent got **** in the Titans offense. You might as well pack it in.. seeing Vince on the cover of Madden was the high point of your season. Start talking about draft picks.

Pred, you are thinking of Mathis. JJ was drafted in the round 3 in this year's draft. Incidentally.. Mathis is back on the roster and is returning our kickoffs again. This is going to be a great special teams squad.

No, the Titans don't have the skill position talent of the other teams in the AFC South. What they do have is one of the best offensive lines in the NFL, reliable TE's, and big strong possession WR's. The Titans approach under Norm Chow is to have a methodical offense, eat up clock, and wear you down at the end of the game. Plus they have a QB by the name of Vince Young. Not too shabby.

Mark my words: the Titans are gonna kill people with TOP this year.
