The clock isn't the only thing that moves forward in the spring.
Louisville, West Virginia and Rutgers proved themselves to be the class of the Big East last season, with South Florida right on their heels.
With spring practice concluded, it seems the other half of the conference is still struggling to keep up with the leaders.
Cincinnati, Connecticut and Pittsburgh all ended spring with quarterback questions. While Syracuse appears to have found a starting quarterback in Andrew Robinson, the Orange enter the fall with questions at running back following the season-ending injury to Delone Carter.
Here's a look at What We Learned from spring practice and the Remaining Questions for Fall for each Big East team:

:whistling: w. virginia and rutgers are your top dogs. recruiting is very good for both these programs these days. other than that, really no other competion for them in this conference!-CoT
P.S. always subject to change as in any conference but give it a couple more years.
West Virginia! If they go undeafeated, there is a chance that Michigan and LSU or Florida in their conferences could get stuck with a loss blemish. If so, OU/W.Virginia in the NC! Houdini picking! USC is way over rated for so many big shoes to fill! Look for Cal and UCLA to grind it out possibly!
WVU is going to be dominant in the Big East. I think they have a good chance of going to a very good bowl game. On the other hand, Louisville didn't look so good yesterday against Mid Tenn.
Yeah the offense was bombing away but so was the other team's. UL needs their defense to step up if they want to win against top ranked teams.

Redstorm, when the defense plays like that against MT, they are not a Top 10! Too many points from MT! UL has always been about their offense...they should drop a little, I think...MT?:whistling:
One thing I noticed too, once Meyer got to the Floridian state...FL players went down on the UL roster...have you noticed from the new recruiting? Especially, D-players!

I do want folk to take note about this post of mine...chance?...Michigan!...LSU?...:whistling:

I didn't say they're a top 10 team. I said if UL wants to BEAT top 10 teams in the future (like WVU) then they're defense better step up. Will that happen? Probably not. UL has always been a offensive team. I just didn't know their D was that bad.

I know you didn't! -peace! Boomer Sooner! CoT and I try to keep up on recruiting as well, it is something I thought was coming for a long time! Your Cool Bro!
Improvement is a slow significant pace, the points by MT, were just a little too high for me to see enough time once season starts...not that many points! UL is in trouble, WV, Big Easy CCs!
