Big East as a conf.
I think the big east is becoming a major conf befor our eyes, and that if a team from the big east goes undefeated and a team with one loss goes to the national title that would be horrible. It would be unfair, the big east looks good and the conf has a good record collectivly this year where as most other (big ten, acc, pac 10) are all having a down year)

The Big East would love for Syracuse to be a bowl team again. I think they can be their in a few more years

excuse me gunner, but cincinnati has shown some potential in their young qb nearly beating va tech and louisville and had osu beat at the end of the first quarter. So, In conclusion i think cincinnnati is a good team not great and the same goes with usf bulls.

Fair enough. Though I was'nt dissing any team. Cincinnati and South Florida still have a way to go. but because of there membership in the Big East conference, that has made them even more better.

It has been stronger than in years past, but definetly not stronger than the SEC, Pac-10, Big XII, or Big Ten.

Yeah I wouldn't say that the big east is as good as big ten, sec or big 12. I wouldn't consider it better than the pac-10 either. I believe louisville is the only team that has shown consistency and they might still be a little soft. West virginia couldn't throw it and if they play somebody with a defense they wouldn't do anything. Last years bowl game doesn't mean anything. Rutgers is a suprise and very nice to see a program like that do something good. I am happy for the team. The only conferences that it is better is ACC and wac and mac. I don't think the best team in the east could beat the second team in the big ten, pac 10, sec, or the big 12. Just my opinion

Wellll ill be dog gone, here i thought the big east was always a major conference, the acc had to raid them to get out of the big east rule,
sure, been down a couple years after that but looks to me like they are coming back stronger than before, and the raiding conference is at the bottom, couldn't beat a second place team in those other conferences?
maybe, but they sure as heck beat the champs in the sec. don't wanna hear
this first quarter or second half stuff, the score at the end of the game is what counts. watch the Wva and Louisville game thursday night and and
see if they are major. that is just my opinion

They would be better now if Miami, Va Tech., and Boston College were still in the Big East.
