Yes and it's always by the california teams. Partially because the rose bowl is never in the midwest and that gives the california teams "home field" so to speak.
Not always, I can remember Washington beatin' Iowa like it stole something. but the Pac-10 has a home field advantage.
I think OSU and Michigan will be the only teams to compete for the Big 10 title, but OSU will come up as the winners, they will go only lose 1 game (to Texas)
I picked OSU, but with PSU's linebackers, I think people are underrating them. Let's not forget they were picked to be near the bottom last year.
