Bills name Edwards Defensive Coordinator

Mark Gaughan of the Buffalo News reports the Buffalo Bills have hired former Miami Dolphins linebackers coach George Edwards as defensive coordinator, the team announced today.

Edwards was named co-defensive coordinator at the University of Florida a month ago. He had spent the past five seasons as linebackers coach with the Dolphins. Expect the Bills to convert to a 3-4 defense with this addition.
