The Bills just can't live up to the hype. They sign all these defensive linemen, try to bolster their defense in the off-season, a full training camp to go along with it, and yet Mario has been ineffective for the most part. I have to raise some issues on how the Bills conduct their players, because every time I saw them play, it was almost as if they were unmotivated, discontent, didn't want to play, and even looked like they were pouting.
That franchise needs a staff overhaul, IMO. If they keep up this mediocrity, they will be worse than the Browns pretty soon. I understand the mindset the Bills staff might have had when they gave Mario Williams this kind of money, but they over-did it (even then that's an understatement) with paying players that aren't even good enough to earn that amount of money. Do you know how much value the Patriots put into Mark Anderson last year? Not much, I'll tell you. He had a good season last year, but the one-year-wonder stuff really hit the Bills hard in that department as well.
