03/25 14:32 Bills: Spikes trade near
The News
The Bills are close to a deal that will send linebacker Takeo Spikes to an unnamed team, according to the Buffalo News. Spikes, who has one-year remaining on his contract, is expected to bring a draft pick to Buffalo in return for his services.
Our View
The Bills are trying to be proactive and get something for Spikes before he becomes a free agent after next season. IDP players should take note of where he lands, and the fact that Keith Ellison and Angelo Crowell are expected to be starters at linebacker for the Bills next season, with the third guy yet to be determined.
