Jauron done with 2-a- days already
http://www.democratandchronicle.com/...607310336/1021
Exerpt:
July 31, 2006) — PITTSFORD — Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher College under new coach Dick Jauron is just three days old but already two-a-day practices are over.
In addition, players have yet to take the field dressed in full pads. The hitting part of the training process starts this morning at 11.
And fans and media thought Marv Levy's training camps were kind on players' bodies. "Club Marv" has nothing on "Jauronitaville."

Im guessing this is Levy's call, it worked for him back in the day. Tho Im sure having Kelly , Thurman, Reed, Smith, Tally, and the rest of that crew had a little bit to do with that 30-9 september record too

i like teams going hard, they need to be prepared and the best way to be prepared is be experienced with the plays and contact
the bills are doing the wrong thing, obviously

I wouldnt say they are doing the wrong thing, this is how Marv always ran his camps, and that is probobly where this is coming from. His rationality is that players are fresher and heathier when they come out of camp. I personally would like to see my team get their a$$ kicked in camp, but different strokes for different folks. Both a hard camp and an easy camp have their +' and 's

that's when the bills had people to worry about getting injured, people called "star" players
they have no star players now, a hard camp is a better camp for them i think

Thats a good point, and mabey why Levy wasnt the right hire ( altho I am not 100% this is his call or not)This type of camp would work best for a team like the Pats,or Eagles, teams that have succeeded and want take percautions to avoid injuries

I believe in getting thier bodies in football shape, and that means getting the bruises necessary to face the hard smacks of the season. I never did like the soft approach.q

Does he realize that the Bills sucked last year?! They need to be whipped into shape and need to want to play football. He is making to team soft and that will get them no better than a 1-15 record.
