For the second straight week J.P. Losman had his share of struggles, but he wasn't alone this past Sunday night as the Bills were steamrolled by the undefeated Patriots.
In light of that fact Bills head coach Dick Jauron isn't planning on switching his quarterbacks this week.
"I don't anticipate any changes and that includes the quarterback position," said Jauron Monday.
Jauron dismissed injury as part of his decision to stick with Losman.
"Trent (Edwards) is pretty healthy and that wrist is pretty much back," Jauron said.
"It's another opportunity for me and I'm thankful for that, but there's a lot of work to get done," said Losman heading into this week's game at Jacksonville. "We need to regroup after a game like this and get over this last one really fast. There's still a possibility to have a great season."
Losman was 15-26 passing for 173 yards and an interception against the league's fourth-ranked defense with a passer rating of 74.7. He was also sacked four times.
"I know exactly what happened on pretty much every play that went wrong, regardless of who was at fault," said Losman. "Coming off the field I had a good idea of what was going on."
"He made some good plays, he made some errors that we'd like to correct," said Jauron of Losman. "But (the reason we lost) clearly wasn't him."
