Whitner Expects Charges To Be Dropped

Vic Carucci of NFL.com reports Buffalo Bills defensive back Donte Whitner told reporters at the team’s OTA (organized team activity) that he expects charges of aggravated disorderly conduct and resisting arrest to be dropped when he appears in Cleveland Municipal Court on Tuesday.
Whitner pleaded not guilty to charges that he forced his way past police during an altercation at a Cleveland nightclub.
During his first appearance in front of the media since the arrest, Whitner said that his attorney received a video tape of the incident, which he indicated was strong evidence in his favor.
