That's good for you guys if it is low.
Does he start from Day 1, or do they just go through the formalities with Foster?
What's the depth chart looking like? Foster, Williams, Shelton, Goings?

I bet they'll probably run Foster & Williams as a two headed monster this year, with Shelton being the 3rd down or goalline back. I doubt Foster stays as the lone starter.

Yeah... they signed Foster to a 3-year deal, but the way it's set-up, if Williams has a big rookie year, or Foster is injured, it's basically three 1-year deals tied together with option bonuses. Foster will start as long as he's healthy - but if he gets hurt and/or Williams becomes a beast then he may find himself cut to free up cap space in '07.
Word is Williams was extremely impressive in mini-camp and such...
Williams will return kicks - that's been confirmed. Shelton will hopefully be the goal-line and short-yardage guy, with Goings playing special teams, KR when needed, HB, FB, and sometimes TE.
He's a versatile dude, that Goings.
