Maybe what the Carolina Panthers need most is a mean streak -- from the top on down.

Owner Jerry Richardson, general manager Marty Hurney and coach John Fox all pride themselves on doing things the "right way.'' In theory, that's admirable. In reality, the Panthers have paid the price for being too nice in recent years.

At first i actually thought carr would do good in carolina but i guess not. They need to figure it out they have some good players like steve smith and peppers.

If you have watched Carr over the last few years, then you would see that the guy never learned how to adapt in the pocket or outside, he is a terrible QB
