Update: Foster (ankle) agreed to a three-year, $14.5 million contract to remain with Carolina, Fox Sports reports.

Recommendation: Foster will be working his way back this offseason after breaking an ankle in the playoffs.

as long as he can come back healthy it is a great signing by the Panthers. If he can't they paid him way to much.

they need him, the one thing this helps is that they don't have to take a rb in the early rounds of the draft
